Mission Viejo, CA: 04/09/2012 – For the second consecutive year, Chris Ingram was selected as a street painter for the Arts Alive Festival in Southern California.  The Arts Alive Festival celebrates the City of Mission Viejo’s investment in the arts, the environment, education and a healthy civic life.  Arts Alive commemorates all that is great about living and working in Mission Viejo, blending the Green Expo, family activities, entertainment, and Street Painting.  This free annual event will take place on Saturday and
